Product Return Policy and Cancelling an Order
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 14 days of the invoice date. A check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
In order to return your product to Seventh Element, you MUST first contact our support center by email; support@theseventhelement.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please describe reasons for your return.
Once the RA number has been issued to you. Please send in the product via services that can track your return. Please cleary mark outside of the box with the return authorization number.

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 716-568-7937 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persistsWe do ship international orders via UPS International Express. Your billing and the shipping address must be the same. Customer is responsible for Custom Duties and Taxes if applicable. Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility. Please check with your local Customs Office for import duties prior to placing the order with Seventh Element.
If your item displays "in stock" it will most likely ship within 48 hours from time of purchase. Add this to shipping transit time to get the total time to receive your order. Weekends are not considered as a day in transit.
