Product Specific
1. Please check your BATTERY! This is the most common cause of many issues.
2. Please check your battery WIRING HARNESS. Make sure your battery is fitted securely to wiring harness
Please check and replace your BATTERY if necessary.
Please check to make sure your EYE SENSORS are clean.
Make sure your eye sensor harness is fitted securely to your board.
Make sure your eye sensor harness/tape is not pinched or damaged.
Please make sure you have the adequate amount of air source available.
Check to make sure your trigger has a good contact with the mircroswitch
Please make sure you have a new battery installed.
Check your air source. Make sure your HPA is fitted all the way to your ASA or On/Off.
Make sure your bolt system is lubed/greased
LED based boards: Make sure dip switch 2 is either down or in "on" position.
For Pathfinder boards, please make sure your "tournament lock" is not pressed.
Your trigger is permanently depressed. Please make adjustments to your trigger position.
Pathfinder Board Specific
We suggest you pair the boards where no other Bluetooth devices are found or near. You will only have to pair the boards once thereafter, the boards will automatically pair once you power the boards.
Please make sure you have enough battery power
Try to pair the boards again. At times, the pairing process can take upto several minutes. Please be patient
In order to minimize the battery usage, the Pathfinder OLED will automatically go into "sleep mode." You marker will continue to function.
Yes, your marker and the hopper will operate under the "stock mode"
